There is an amazing variety of events taking place throughout the city over the next few months and live music festivals are set to make summer 2018 in Bristol unforgettable. German Bierfest Bristol May 18-20

There is no better way to celebrate the beginning of summer than with litres of beer. This boozy weekend is one of Bristol's most popular festivals and brings many people into the city. It is sure to be as raucous as ever this year.
Where? Millennium Square, Bristol city centre.

Gin Festival Bristol 2018 May 25-26

This is apparently the UK's 'first, biggest and best' gin festival. It will include live music, food and all sorts of gins from across the world.
Where? St Georges Hall, Great George Street, BS1 5RR



This is a popular festival with university students as all exams are done and LSTD is the prefect way to celebrate. The line up this year is stronger than ever. This year's headliners include Fatboy Slim and Sampha, with supporting acts including the likes of Bicep, Nightmares on Wax, My Nu Leng and Loyle Carner. Set to be a great festival with various clubs hosting parties after hours.

Let’s Rock Bristol June 2

The Downs will be home to Let's Rock Bristol in 2018 as the festival relocates from Ashton Court. It has been scaled down from a weekend festival to a day event, but its headliners still pack a punch.

Bristol International Balloon fiesta August 9-12.


The Bristol International Balloon Fiesta is Europe’s largest annual meeting of hot air balloons, attracting over 130 Hot Air Balloons from across the globe. The Fiesta truly is a sight that can only be seen in Bristol, and to make things even better the event is completely free. Alongside the fantastic site of hot air balloons filling the skies, they also host a large number of great trade stands, fairground rides and entertainment.
